Indigenous cameraman/DP Robert Cangiano (Maya) has been working in Indigenous media and content for over five years. He has worked on an eclectic list of projects including narrative features and shorts, music videos and experimental narratives and documentaries. Robert has captured panels, interviews and live events for the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of The American Indian, New York City’s Scandinavian House and Third World Newsreel, of which he is an alumni. When not behind a camera, Robert focuses his passions towards Killer Whale PR + M, helping produce, promote and manage artists, films, music and arts organizations with a focus on indigenous peoples.
